Izak Daniel Petrus Visser was admitted as an attorney in 1996, following the completion of his BCom (Law) and LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch.

He founded Visser & Partners in June 1996, establishing its office in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. Since its inception, the firm has thrived, providing legal services to a diverse range of private and commercial clients. Over the years, Izak has expanded his business interests, holding directorships in various sectors, including finance, hospitality, debt management, property administration, and property development.

Izak has extensive experience in financial services, debt-related finance, commercial matters, corporate and commercial litigation, property restructuring, property administration, short-term finance, and structured finance. He has recently completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Corporate Law to enhance his expertise in the corporate and commercial arenas. Additionally, Izak has significant experience working with the National Credit Act and its implications for the banking and short-term finance industries.
